As Geeky as it would have been to open up Notepad and hand code my own personal blog software, load it onto a server I had built myself from secondhand parts, and launch into the blogosphere with on an unsecured wireless connection pirated from some local evil empire, I’m just not that ambitious. As such, I owe thanks to a good many people who have made this blog possible through code, hardware, innovation, and time.
First in line for thanks is my host, Host Color. Not only is Host Color providing me with free hosting and a domain, but they’ve also been both incredibly helpful and patient. They waited for over a month while I erected this blog, following an electrical storm that knocked out my home computer, with only a concerned inquiry to demonstrate that they had noticed my delay. They’ve responded to all my technical questions nearly faster than my Inbox could refresh to display their responses. And, every time I’ve asked for something from them, such as more subdomains, MySQL databases, or bandwidth, they’ve responded with unexpected generosity.
Next, I have to thank everyone who made this theme possible: Wolfgang Bartelme, the original designer, LEMONed, who first ported this theme to WordPress, and XSized, who modified the theme to its current look.
