“The ultimate guide to live TV webcasts” This site is an enormous directory of television stations that stream their programming online. Mainly the stations are public access stations. It isn’t exactly riveting programming, but I spent an hour surfing around the site before I even knew it. It’s much akin to the pleasure I derive from spending an afternoon surfing through Wikipedia. I especially enjoyed HYPtv, the short film channel listed under UK stations. Streams are played in a pop-up windows or in your own application, depending on the link.
