- Jim Vanpelt suggests ten reasons why fans shouldn’t be discouraged about the state of science fiction.
- John C Wright recommends that when it comes to Jumper, you read the book and skip the movie. I must say that wholeheartedly I agree, but his opinion is worth the read.
- List Universe has posted a list of the Top 10 Most Influential Science Fiction Writers.
- Science Fiction Addiction has posted a list of 5 “interesting” women in speculative fiction. Why the list isn’t longer, I’m not certain. I could definitely find another five to append to the ones already listed.
- SF Site has posted its annual Editors’ Choice Top 10 Best Books of the Year list. In my personal experience over the years, this is one of the best top ten lists out there, and this year’s list seems to be no exception.
- Talk Android lists The 5 Greatest Androids In Classic Sci-Fi.
