I knew that they’d crack Blu-ray soon, but I had no idea that it’d be this soon. It official! Last night, the movie Ice Age 2 (yes, the cartoon) was uploaded to the private BitTorrent tracker HDBits from a Blu-ray disk. The file is reportedly twenty-two gigs, just a bit larger than the first HD-DVD movie, Serenity, which came in at nearly twenty gigs.
It’s also official that the winner in the HD-Blu-ray format wars is the torrent!
